Come in and meet our Certified Personal Trainers! Training packages from one visit to twenty are available at The Powerhouse Gym and two sessions are included with any new membership. Personal training can help you get into the shape you have always wanted. The personal trainers at The Powerhouse Gym will guide you through one-on-one sessions which are designed to not only help you reach your goals but to also motivate you to keep coming back!
