Spinning- Your spinning journey begins with a single pedal stroke.  A mind and body connection with hills, climbs, jumps and sprints.  Bring a towel and water bottle.  Heart rate monitors recommended.

Muscle Max-A class dedicated to total body muscular and strength training by applying a variety of modalities such as hand weights, balls, bands, barbells.  Steps are used as a prop.

SET – Strength Endurance Training the use of barbells, hand weights, balls and jammin music. The fusion of both strength and cardio intervals to speed up your metabolism. 

Zumba-Move your hips and increase your heart rate in this fun dance inspired class with a salsa flair! International and Latin music.  You’ll have so much fun you won’t believe its exercise. 

BootCamp- Kickboxing - Develop new skills while discovering strength.  An intense cardio workout with controlled jabs, punches, kicks, and athletic drills  . Abdominals.  Be prepared to SWEAT!!

Step it up—Continuous Cardio workout on the step easy to follow ending with abs.

Interval - A little bit of cardio to raise your heart rate/step to shape and tone your legs, weights to shape and tone your upper body ending with abs.

Swing Easy- Moving to the oldies.  A low impact class with a twist, ending with abdominals.

AAA Abs, Arms, and BUTT!  followed by muscle conditioning exercises with the hand weigh, balls and bands.

Fit-for life -New to fitness or returning, this class will combine all the benefits of strength, flexibility and balance.   (45 Minutes) 

Toning-30 minutes of gentle movement with light weights, bands and balance and flexibility.

Pilates - non impact balance of exercises designed to stretch and strengthen tone and align the body.  Focus on posture and working from your center.  Please bring your own mat.

Yoga- gain strength and flexibility.  A place to breathe deeply, strengthen and nourish your body and awaken your spirit.  Please bring your own mat.

Wear proper attire to class.  Bring a towel and water bottle.

Yoga and Pilates please bring your mat for hygienic reasons.

During severe winter weather, please call the club to see if classes will be held.

Classes are subject to change depending on participation and when we have a sub filling in.
